- Discovery: I understand everyone's financial situation is unique which is why services can be tailored. Schedule a call to discuss your specific needs.
- Proposal: After learning about your business, I will propose what services are needed and the price for those services. An engagement agreement will also be provided to clearly lay out our working arrangement.
- Setup: With agreed upon services, l get accountant access to your QuickBooks subscription and all bank/credit card accounts (view-only). If you do not have Quick Books, I can get you started at discounted rates. You get to enjoy the freedom that comes with outsourcing tedious work to a trusted source.

Q: What are your fees?
A: "My pricing structure is competitive and designed to deliver substantial value. Pricing will be unique to your package. We will work together to build a package that will work best for you. Keep in mind that effective accounting often saves you more than it costs."
Q: Do I require a long-term contract for your services?
A: "No, long-term contracts are not a requirement. We will have an engagement agreement that details the terms of our partnership so we all are on the same page."
Q: Do I require a Quick Books Subscription?
A: Yes, Quick Books Online allows efficient an timely management of your ledger that can be accessed by both parties at anytime and from anywhere. All versions are acceptable except for QuickBooks Self-Employed. If you do not currently have a subscription, I can help you get one started at the best discount you can get with QuickBooks Online.
Q: What information do I need to share?
A: I will need access to your business bank and credit card accounts in order to efficiently complete your monthly ledger. Many banks allow for accountant (read-only) access to bank accounts so I can view the transactions but have no access to funds. I will also need accountant access to your QuickBooks Online subscription.
